Create a white effect : During the Christmas it snows every where so it is a wonderful idea to create a snow white effect. For this you have to place the tree outdoor so that the falling snow will create the beautiful effect. However if it is snowing too heavily then you must not put the tree outside. Spray the leaves of the tree with silver tree and then put white or silver light all over it. The white background will create a lovely effect and it will look good as well.

Colorful lights : You can decorate the Christmas tree with color full lights. If you do not get different types of colors then you can wrap the small light bulbs with different colors, this will make a good impression on the viewers that you have done a hard work in doing so. If you spray paint the trees in white or silver then the effect of the color lights will be more, so create the appropriate background, before you go ahead with the decorations.

Garland and light decorations : Another wonderful way to decorate the tree is to do it with garland and lights. You can make garland with small flowers and decorate the branches with it in a circular way. Then make small garlands with small lights, better if the lights are miniature in size. Use both of them to decorate the branches and see the beautiful effect it creates.

You need to decorate the tree, the house and also buy gifts for friends and relatives. Keeping this expense into mind here are some ways by which you can decorate the Christmas tree in a budget.

Use old lights : You can decorate the tree using old light or previous year light. This will ensure that it saves your budget and you are done with the decoration part as well. More over no one will actually remember what decorations you used last year.

Combine lights with colors : You can combine lights with different types of color paper. Wrap the mini lights with color paper and they will give you variety as well as will maintain your budget.

Buy second hand lights Search online on some second hand lights on sale. You can also offer your  last year light for sale, if you get a buyer, you can exchange the stuffs with each other. This is the best way to save money and add variety.
